I just read  the benifits if you cut a couple lemons And Place Them On The Bedside In Your Bedroom . Going to try this. I hope I’m not attacked in my sleep by flies in my sleep lol

We often take our sense of smell for granted. Without it, our sense of taste would be severely hampered. We now know that the odors of certain plants translate to measurable physiologic response – hence the use of aromatherapy.

Lemons have been counted in as the most beneficial fruits ever and for a good reason. Aside from being totally nutritive and healthy, they bring along other benefits that could surprise you.

With its high vitamin C content, vitamins A and B complex, minerals calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, manganese, and powerful antioxidants, we are drawn to lemons for their look, smell, taste, and all the nutrition they provide.

The lemon’s aroma and odor are deeply adored by the world’s population and are always reminding us of something clean and fresh. This is an outcome of lemon being a pure antiseptic used for many purposes, including treating depression and anxiety.

Therefore, the lemon aroma in your home will help you treat anxiety, depression and will make you feel positive. Everyone loves the lemon smell. Due to that, many restaurants in the world have lemon trees inside so that guests can feel the fresh aroma and relax.

Cutting lemons and leaving them in your room overnight will help alleviate breathing problems (asthma, colds or allergies). The following morning, your throat and air passages will feel clear and healthy.
