The Magnificence of Mantras…

Day 21 WEGO Health Writers Monthly Challenge #HAWMC

So today we are to write about our slogan/mantra

I can’t chose just one.

So I choose several of them

So what exactly is a mantra and how are you supposed to use it?

Well when I meditate I use my mala prayer beads that was given to me by a lady who worked in a doctors office. She asked me if I was offended being a Christian and she practiced Buddhism.

I wasn’t sure what to say but thank you so much I appreciate that.

So I had to research them and I let them sit untouched for several weeks. As I felt like I was going against my Christian beliefs, but then I thought God isn’t going to be mad at me for learning new things.

I decided to try an meditate , I’m still learning not to be distracted but

I repeat I am well , my body is in balance ,my body is healing .

Keywords: Prosperity, Yin / Yang Balance
Chrysoprase is powerful stone.

It is said to bring good fortune and prosperity, as well as business success. It facilitates self-expression, courage, hope, and the ability to use them wisely.

It can bring happiness, which is partly because it helps its wearer get rid of negative thoughts and irritability. It also enhances and strengthens friendships.
Chrysoprase is a stone of balance that equalize yin/yang energies and allows deep meditation. It can mend broken hearts and remove inferiority or superiority complexes.

It is a powerful healing stone that is said to aid failing eyesight or other eye problems, immune system response, fertility issues, gout, mental illness, relieves fevers and excess body heat, and can help guard against sexually transmitted diseases. Note that healing crystal meanings are spiritual supports to healing and are not prescriptions or healthcare information.

Chrysoprase contains nickel.

Chrysoprase is related primarily to the heart chakra, which it activates, opens and energizes. It also aligns all the chakras.
Then there are slogans or quotes i find powerful  true and uplifting

They are

I always knew I was strong: but when your hit with some unexpected diagnosis, even though it’s nothing terminal but still very life changing ,you find out how strong you really are.

And it’s how you handle things along the way.
You also have to remain confident in yourself at all times, and if you can’t always do that, fake it till you make it.
Feeling overwhelmed is a perfectly normal response to any unexpected diagnosis.
But negative emotions can cause you to stop doing things that are good for them and start doing things that are bad for anyone but especially worrisome for those with a disease.

You may start eating poorly, for instance, eating fewer meals and choosing foods of lower nutritional value. They may cut back on their exercise They may have trouble getting a good night’s sleep. And they may withdraw from family and friends.
At the same time, these women may use alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine or other drugs in an attempt to soothe themselves.
“Take one day at a time while you fight any disease, and celebrate each completed day, for that is an accomplishment in itself.
No one can tell you how you should feel. Anger, fear, disappointment, are all part of any unfortunate diagnosis package, and your friends and family, must expect you to be your authentic self. Lean on them when you need them They’re not going anywhere!”

But at same time I do feel being positive and trying to keep a semi happy disposition is of universal benefit.
