  1. Thanks for writing this up! I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis when I was 16. I’m curious to what treatments are available. All the doctors I’ve seen have said my AVN is too late to help 😦 However, I have tried Electrical stimulation. What have you tried?

      1. The weather can be a real pain! Hopefully your diet changes are helping reduce your pain and inflammation. I know that eating a lot of raw veggies is really hard on my Crohn’s disease so make sure to listen to your body and doctor’s advice 🙂 Wishing you nothing but the very best! 🙂
