Thanks for writing this up! I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis when I was 16. I’m curious to what treatments are available. All the doctors I’ve seen have said my AVN is too late to help 😦 However, I have tried Electrical stimulation. What have you tried?

Thank you. I have a series of several Prp injections I will take. As far as diet changes it really helps the inflammation that adds to pain.

I have gone 60-70 percent raw fruit and veggies, and cooked veggies. Meat 1x a week. It helps the inflammation a lot
But someday when weather goes from 60 to 25 nothing works. Had one injection next one will be in a month.

The weather can be a real pain! Hopefully your diet changes are helping reduce your pain and inflammation. I know that eating a lot of raw veggies is really hard on my Crohn’s disease so make sure to listen to your body and doctor’s advice 🙂 Wishing you nothing but the very best! 🙂
