As 2016 is just about to end and we embark on a New Year

I think back to things I wanted to accomplish  in 2016.

Raise awareness- ✅

Help my pain- ✅

Dealing with pain and inflammation can be a real kill joy
However I used my pain stayed focused
To help others as well as myself
And Thank God I did get my goals accomplished

Now for 2017

New Year, healthier me

This is the year of Deborah

Pray more

Continue blogging

Work on blog sponsors

Get sponsors for my booklet

Continue raising awareness

Be as healthy as I can be

Move to Florida

Drop 40 pounds

And just be the best person I can be.

Yes , It’s hard to keep up the enthusiasm months after you’ve swept up the confetti, or when the pain level gets high but it’s not impossible.
This year, pick one of the following worthy resolutions, and stick with it. Here’s to your health!

What ever you choose

I wish you luck ,love , good health & prosperity

And most of all A painfree life
