I'm sharing this because we are losing to many people because of suicide.

Chronic pain is devastating and pain and depression are perfect storms and take a toll on our mental health. We often can feel overwhelmed if you ever have thoughts of harming yourself

There is help for people who are feeling suicidal.

The body always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is listening and doing what your body needs.
